Timothy Gerken currently teaches writing at Morrisville State College, a small SUNY college in Central
New York, where he is also the director of the Art Gallery. He takes photos every day documenting his
ride to work and changes in the landscape as time goes on.
The selected photo, "Sister's Red Shoes", was taken at Superfine in Brooklyn where Timothy has held
solo photo shows in 2004 and 2006.
